Scatter Objects
This is a tool that has helped me add variance and details to my shots quickly. It’s made use was for scatter plants but I have used it to scatter debris on a crash site and the dead for a battle aftermath.
Simple UI controls the scattering process. Add source mesh(s) and a target mesh and scatter. It creates a group containing the objects, which can be deleted with ease.
I made it so it would work with any target mesh, a plane, a sphere, uneven ground. The idea is that you can select one or multiple different meshes, select the ground and hit how many you want scattered. A few options for rotate and scale were added in later.
